ANAKARINA
Anakarina has been a running coach for over 12 years, guiding beginner and advanced runners in Mexico and the United States. She is certified by the Road Runners Association and the Academy of Sport and Medicine as a personal trainer, and holds a Master's degree in High Performance. She is also a coach with the American Athletic Association and has worked as a coach for professional soccer and track and field teams.
Currently, she is the founder and CEO of BeFit Runners, a platform for cross-training workouts and classes.

LOURDES B. DEL REAL
She was born and raised in Chihuahua, Mexico. She graduated from the School of Fine Arts with a degree in Visual Arts and from the Chihuahua Higher School of Dance with a degree in Folkloric Dance. She also holds a diploma in Choreography and Performance, a certification in Exercise Science, and is currently participating in a research project with a group of historians on indigenous Mexican dances.
In 2000, Lourdes moved to Michigan with her family because of her husband's job in the automotive industry.
With the goal of preserving and sharing her roots and traditions within the Hispanic community, she founded the Joyas de México folk ballet in 2007, offering children, youth, and adults the opportunity to learn about and strengthen their cultural identity. Years later, she created a second ballet for adults called Matices, specially designed for mothers interested in passing on cultural richness to their children.
Currently, she works for Michigan State University in the Health and Nutrition program within the educational area.
LUCY GARCIA
My name is Lucy García Rojas, I'm Mexican, and I've lived in Michigan for four years. I have a degree in Nutrition and Food Science, and I'm also a Certified Diabetes Educator. I have several diplomas in Diabetes, Pediatrics, Psychological Counseling, Acupuncture, Auriculotherapy, Reflexology, and the Foundations of Traditional Chinese Medicine, as well as training in Body Release and Mindful Eating. I'm currently pursuing certification in Intuitive Nutrition and Eating Disorders.
We have lived outside of Mexico for 13 years in various countries such as Shanghai (China), São Paulo (Brazil), and currently in Michigan (USA). I have 19 years of professional experience: I worked at the Guanajuato Diabetes Association, taught at three universities in the State of Mexico, and my main experience has been in private practice, both in Mexico and Shanghai, in addition to leading nutrition workshops.
I currently offer online consultations and workshops. I am passionate about teaching my clients how to improve their relationship with their bodies and food, prevent eating disorders, and help them improve their health through intuitive eating.
I am a wife and mother of three children, who are my greatest inspiration. As a nutritionist with a passion for cooking, I enjoy food and cooking, so my mission has always been to teach people how to eat healthily, but also how to enjoy the pleasure of eating without guilt or restrictions.

TRISTAN SOREL
Hello everyone! I'm Tristan Sorel, and I'm passionate about the art of communication. My journey in this exciting world began about four years ago when I decided to venture into the world of streaming on various platforms. Since then, I've found a way to share not only my perspective but also my energy and knowledge with everyone I meet along the way.
More than a communicator, I consider myself a storyteller of experiences. My passion for board games, both casual and competitive, has led me to win two world championships in the prestigious King of Tokyo game. I am currently also on a three-month journey exploring the intricacies of Mandarin Chinese.
Beyond the thrilling games and fascinating languages, my heart beats to the rhythm of sports. From my earliest childhood, American football has been my constant companion, passionately supporting the 49ers since I was 10 years old. I am, proudly, the third generation of devoted "niners" in my family, a heritage I carry with honor. My relationship with sports extends beyond the stands, as I have dabbled in disciplines like boxing and Aikido from a young age. I love how sports weave narratives full of surprises, demonstrating that excitement and self-improvement are intrinsic to every competition. The discipline required to excel in these fields is something I deeply admire. In my constant quest to discover what I am passionate about, I have decided to embark on a career in broadcasting so that with every word I speak, every story I share, I can be a step toward the hearts of those who listen to me. In my program "Halftime," my goal is simple yet ambitious: to transform sports into an immersive and exciting experience, even for those unfamiliar with its intricacies. Through short narratives, I aim to turn sports news into slices of life, transporting everyone into the shoes of the characters who come to life in my stories.
ADRIANA GARCIA
Hi, I'm Adri García, a graphic designer by profession and a writer at heart. I'm a mom of three boys and the creator of the blog "Mom of 3," a community of over 108,000 women who grow and learn together every day through Facebook and Instagram.
For some years now I have been leading the "Mom of 3" talks, the Reading Club and the Parenting Workshop, spaces dedicated to sharing real experiences about motherhood, personal development and conscious parenting.
I also run the YouTube channel “Chats with Mom of 3”, where I talk with specialists and moms about this wonderful —and sometimes chaotic— adventure of being a mother.
I currently live in Michigan, and it fills me with joy to be able to share this space with the listeners of Radio Centro Multicultural, to continue learning and growing together in the most challenging and beautiful profession in the world: being a mom.

CRISTINA CARATSCH
I started at a very young age to collaborate on a television program called the children's club in Monterrey, NL
When I reached my teens I formed a group, a children's show.
I worked at a modeling agency as an event host, which led me back to television as an entertainment reporter at Multimedios Television.
Later I had the opportunity to travel to different countries where I prepared myself by taking several diplomas in acting and voice-over.
This led me to make several short films and commercials.
I currently teach acting and I am a radio announcer at Centro Multicultural.
